This week, we began installing an automatic feeding “buffer” linked to a box depalletizing robot.

Here’s how it works:
1- The installation begins in a cold room 
where the operator loads the pallet.
2- In another area, conveyors automatically feed the pallets to the box depalletizing robot.
In this case, the robot is depalletizing zucchini 
, but we could just as easily be talking about any other food.
3- Once the product arrives, the batches from each farmer are distributed to both sorters, with two lines of three sorters on each side.
Having six calibrators will help speed up the distribution of the goods.
In recent months, the entire team has devoted most of our efforts to seeing the project through to completion.
Seeing the machinery finally up and running and the customer excited is extremely rewarding.
