Packaging line

Below is a packaging line that was recently installed at Horno La Parra, a bakery located in Seville.

This line consists of several zones through which the product passes:

🔸A case former where the boxes are filled using a roll-fed system.
🔸A dual palletizing line, where the boxes—already sealed with the product inside—are placed onto pallets by a robotic arm that automates the process.

The product moves through the various stages of the process, with each stage seamlessly integrated into the next, ensuring that the product is packaged and bagged for subsequent transport.
