In this post, we’re going to showcase various projects we’re currently working on simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n

As in any manufacturing operation, it is vitally important to monitor production times and ensure that employees are well organized.Knowing how to manage and coordinate tasks when working on multiple projects simultaneously becomes an exciting challenge that requires overseeing all functional areas, having a thorough understanding of the market and suppliers, and being prepared for the possibility of adverse situations.<\/p>\n\n

Box Former<\/h2>\n\n

Now that we’ve identified the potential drawbacks of working on parallel projects, let’s clarify a few points.<\/p>\n\n

In the image on the left, our colleague is working with two box-forming machines at the same time; this could cause problems when dealing with different functions or sizes. On the other hand, when two machines are located at the same point and have identical characteristics, we are optimizing time and, therefore, reducing costs. <\/p>\n\n

Bread Loaf Filler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As its name suggests, this machine is responsible for filling the boxes with loaves of bread; therefore, within the production process, it comes after the box-forming machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bread Pan Cleaner<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ultimately, this machine ensures that the trays used to transport the loaves of bread are clean at all times and meet hygiene standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
