{"id":2957,"date":"2021-09-22T13:44:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-22T11:44:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.proatec.es\/automatic-feeding-hopper-with-depalletizing-robot\/"},"modified":"2026-07-29T11:51:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-29T09:51:57","slug":"automatic-feeding-hopper-with-depalletizing-robot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.proatec.es\/en\/automatic-feeding-hopper-with-depalletizing-robot\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatic Feeding Hopper with Depalletizing Robot"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This week, we began installing an automatic feeding &#8220;buffer&#8221; linked to a box depalletizing robot.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We at Proatec would like to thank Hortofrut\u00edcola Las Norias for their trust and for allowing us to record the results.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the video, you&#8217;ll also see the conveyor machines <img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F4E6;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t3d\/1\/16\/1f4e6.png\"\/>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here&#8217;s how it works:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1- The installation begins in a cold room <img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x2744;&#xFE0F;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t2e\/1\/16\/2744.png\"\/> where the operator loads the pallet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2- In another area, conveyors automatically feed the pallets to the box depalletizing robot.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this case, the robot is depalletizing zucchini <img decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"&#x1F952;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tae\/1\/16\/1f952.png\"\/>, but we could just as easily be talking about any other food.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3- Once the product arrives, the batches from each farmer are distributed to both sorters, with two lines of three sorters on each side.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having six calibrators will help speed up the distribution of the goods.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent months, the entire team has devoted most of our efforts to seeing the project through to completion.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seeing the machinery finally up and running and the customer excited is extremely rewarding.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This week, we began installing an automatic feeding &#8220;buffer&#8221; linked to a box depalletizing robot.
