Design, manufacture, and installation of a robotic system for palletizing bags of ice at the Hielosur facility, developed to optimize the final stages of the production line and improve load handling.
The project incorporates a hydraulic bag press that compacts and conditions the product before palletizing, improving load stability, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring an automated, continuous process tailored to the needs of the ice industry.
