Design, manufacture, and installation of a robotic palletizing system for the Hielos Pakote facility in Berja, developed to optimize the final stages of the production line and improve the handling of ice bags.
The solution incorporates an automatic pallet feeding system and a bag press, enabling the palletizing process to be automated, improving load stability, reducing manual handling, and ensuring a continuous, safe workflow tailored to the needs of the ice industry.
